With morel mushrooms in season, it’s time for this simple recipe – easier to make in a pan than in the Instant Pot because I’m using fresh mushrooms. I'm a Ukrainian-Canadian girl trying to make my mother (Claudia) proud by learning all her traditional family recipes, and a few of my own in between. The copious amounts of delicious food, gift exchanges, and the celebration of family and friends is what I love most about this time of year.
